Our annual winter visit to Andøya was scheduled to the first week of February. Not the best wind conditions for arctic gulls, and only a few Glaucous Gulls and a single Iceland Gull was seen in Andenes harbour. However, Kittiwakes and White-tailed Eagles where plentyfull.

On the other hand, the whale safari in nice weather gave some great views of Sperm Whales!

And in the evening the northern lights where dancing over Bleik on the cloudless, dark sky.
