A weekend trip to Røst in the peak of the cod season is always exiting as the fisheries attract a lot of seagulls. At least five Iceland Gulls were feeding in the harbour, while half a dozen Glaucous Gulls roosted with Herring Gulls at Langneset.

Also the first Lesser Black-backed gull for the year was found in the harbour.
